E-Recycling - Cell Phones
Electronic Recycling in Hampton Roads

Most mobile phones are equipped with a chip that allows a person to call 911 even when there is no service connected to that phone. The collection points listed below provide used phones to those citizens in need, including potential victims of domestic violence. (When donating your phone, please also include the battery and charging devices.)
