VPPSA Collection Dates
Turn in your household
hazardous waste
The Virginia Peninsulas Public Service Authority
(VPPSA) will be holding
several special collection events.
Residents of Hampton, Fort Monroe, James City County, Poquoson, Williamsburg
and York County may dispose of their household hazardous waste
at these events.

Public Works Operations Complex
419 North Armistead Ave.
- November 21, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Examples of acceptable
household hazardous waste:
- Paint
- Varnish
- Gas
- Weed Killer
- Fertilizer
- Wax
- Polish
- Bleach
- Degreaser
- Dye
- Charcoal Fluids
- Flourescent and CFL bulbs
