Chesapeake Clean and Green Poster Contest Winners

Fifteen City of Chesapeake students were recognized for their outstanding submissions in the Chesapeake Clean and Green Poster Contest. The contest is intended to encourage the viewer to start thinking and stop littering. There are five categories for entries based on school grade of student entering poster. First place winners received a $200 savings bond, second place winners received a $50 check, and third place winners received a $25 check. A $50 check was presented to the teacher of each first-place winner. This check can be used for any classroom need (supplies, celebration party, etc.).
